Every surface radiused and softened — no sharp edges to disturb the room's atmosphere of peace.

Prayer Hall — Low-profile custom bookshelves in solid beech, designed to hold Qur'an copies and prayer texts at an accessible height for seated readers. The shelving modules can be reconfigured as the room transitions between individual devotion and group study. Integrated warm LED strip lighting illuminates each shelf without glare.

All-Day Dining Restaurant — Contract-grade dining chairs in deep walnut stain beech frames with taupe performance fabric seats, engineered for the hotel's continuous dining cycle — suhoor before dawn, iftar at sunset, and every meal in between. Solid beech tabletops with matte lacquer finish and reinforced steel bases, designed to withstand the extraordinary volume of a property operating at full occupancy throughout Ramadan and the Hajj season. Buffet counters in matching beech veneer with concealed soft-close doors and integrated sneeze guards in brushed stainless steel.

Lobby & Welcome Lounge — Modular lounge seating in warm sand and taupe performance velvet, arranged in clusters that offer weary travelers a moment of rest upon arrival. Solid beech coffee tables with softly radiused corners and a matte lacquer finish. The welcome desk, in solid beech with a fluted front panel, is positioned to offer an unobstructed sightline to the seating area, allowing arriving guests to sit while their check-in is processed.

Rooftop Terrace — Weather-resistant woven lounge chairs in sand and terracotta, with quick-dry mesh cushion supports. The terrace offers a rare open-air retreat, where guests may sit in quiet contemplation with the lights of Mecca stretching below.

All timber sourced from FSC-certified European beech, selected for its strength, shock resistance, and uniform grain character. Beech was chosen deliberately: its pale, warm tone reflects light in a way that creates a sense of space and calm in rooms that welcome guests from across the Islamic world.

Upholstery fabrics independently certified to CAL 117 and BS 5852 fire resistance standards, with nano-level stain repellent technology applied at the fiber level across all dining and lobby seating to withstand continuous, high-volume use.

Guestroom desk Qur'an recess was custom-developed for this project: a precisely routed depression in the desk surface, lined in the same matte finish, designed to hold the Holy Qur'an securely and respectfully. The recess is positioned to the right of the primary workspace, aligned with the guest's natural reach.

All guestroom furniture specified with concealed soft-close hardware on every drawer and door, ensuring that even the quietest hours of the night remain undisturbed. Wardrobe interiors feature integrated motion-sensor LED lighting, illuminating gently when doors are opened during pre-dawn preparations.

Terrace furniture specified with marine-grade stainless steel fasteners throughout, with woven elements hand-woven using solution-dyed acrylic fiber for UV resistance and zero water absorption in Mecca's arid, high-temperature climate.
