Every frame reinforced to BIFMA commercial standards, engineered for the daily rhythm of breakfast buffets and evening service.
Guestroom Casegoods — Custom oak-veneer writing desks, nightstands, and media consoles with integrated soft-close drawers and concealed cable routing. Headboards upholstered in textured beige linen with horizontal stitch detailing, designed as a quiet focal point without visual clutter.
Public Area Benches & Accent Pieces — Solid oak entryway benches with upholstered seat pads in slate grey, positioned in the hotel lobby and corridor transition zones. Custom wall-mounted shelving units in matching oak finish for curated local art and literature displays.
Customization Highlights
All timber sourced from FSC-certified North American white oak, selected for consistent grain character across the full 120+ key inventory and all public zones.
Upholstery fabrics independently certified to CAL 117 and NFPA 260 fire resistance standards, with Teflon stain-repellent finish applied at the fiber level for all restaurant and lobby seating.
Charging modules integrated discreetly into lobby seating armrests — no visible cables, no compromised aesthetics — developed exclusively for this project.
Hardware finishes in matte black and brushed nickel, selected to complement the hotel's mountain-modern architectural palette.
