Suite Workspaces — Custom oak-veneer writing desks with soft-close pencil drawers and integrated LED task lighting. Ergonomic desk chairs in breathable mesh with adjustable lumbar support, specified to BIFMA commercial standards for prolonged daily use.

Suite Sleeping Areas — Upholstered headboards in textured oatmeal linen with horizontal channel stitching, designed as a calm visual anchor. Bedside tables in matching oak veneer with felt-lined top drawers and built-in USB charging ports. Solid wood luggage benches with a slatted top surface, positioned at the foot of each bed.

Breakfast Lounge — Contract-grade dining chairs in warm terracotta performance fabric, paired with solid oak tabletops and matte black metal bases. Modular booth seating in slate blue vinyl, designed for easy cleaning between breakfast and evening social hours. Chair frames reinforced with Dual Jade's proprietary corner-block joinery for high-volume daily turnover.

Lobby & Communal Zones — Modular lounge seating in sand-toned bouclé fabric, arranged in flexible clusters to suit solo travelers and small groups alike. Solid oak coffee tables and accent shelves in a consistent matte lacquer finish unify the public spaces.

All timber sourced from FSC-certified North American white oak, with grain consistency matched across a 130+ suite inventory and all public zones.

Upholstery fabrics independently certified to CAL 117 and NFPA 260 fire resistance standards. Performance fabrics in breakfast lounge and living areas treated with Teflon stain-repellent finish at the fiber level.

Concealed power modules integrated into living area side tables and bedside units — no visible cables, no disruption to the suite's clean aesthetic — developed exclusively for this project.

Hardware finishes in matte black and brushed nickel, selected to complement the hotel's fresh, contemporary architectural palette.
