Lobby & Welcome Zone — Modular lounge seating in warm terracotta performance velvet, arranged to create intimate conversation pockets within the open-plan ground floor. Solid oak coffee tables with matte lacquer finish and softly radiused edges. The custom welcome desk, in white oak with a fluted front panel, makes a quiet architectural statement without grandiosity. Above it, a dual-tier shelving unit displays works by local Atlanta artists and artisan objects sourced from the surrounding Midtown studios.

All-Day Dining & Bar — Contract-grade dining chairs in deep sage green performance fabric, paired with circular white oak tables and matte black steel bases. Booth seating in slate blue leather runs along one wall, its clean horizontal stitching a subtle nod to Atlanta's railroad heritage. Bar stools in saddle tan leather with a blackened steel footrest, designed for morning coffee rituals and evening craft cocktails alike.

Rooftop Terrace — Weather-resistant woven lounge chairs in charcoal and sand, with quick-dry mesh cushion supports. Modular sectional seating in UV-stabilized performance fabric, allowing flexible configuration for everything from solo sunset moments to evening social gatherings against the Midtown skyline.
