Custom low-slung seating in weathered teak frames with deep cushioned upholstery in terracotta and indigo, arranged around hand-carved timber coffee tables. Every fabric treated with anti-mould and anti-mildew finishing for the open-air environment. Bespoke hanging lantern brackets and integrated side tables in oil-rubbed bronze complete the whimsical, intimate atmosphere.

All-Day Dining Restaurant & Beachside Grill — Contract-grade dining chairs in sand-toned performance linen, paired with solid teak tabletops and matte black powder-coated aluminum bases. All metal components specified in marine-grade 316 stainless steel to withstand the corrosive salt-laden sea breeze. Bar stools in solution-dyed acrylic rope weave, hand-woven by Dual Jade's in-house team, with zero water absorption and maximum UV resistance for the beachfront setting.

Over-Water Spa Bungalows — Seven secluded treatment rooms poised above the lagoon. Custom spa beds in plantation teak with adjustable backrests, upholstered in antimicrobial performance fabric. Treatment room casegoods — storage cabinets, product display shelving, and therapist stations — in moisture-sealed teak veneer with concealed soft-close hardware. Outdoor relaxation loungers in UV-stabilized woven fiber, designed for continuous exposure to sun and sea spray.

Poolside Cabanas & Sun Decks — Adjustable-back teak sun loungers with quick-dry mesh suspension. Cabana daybeds with canopy frames in powder-coated aluminum, dressed in solution-dyed acrylic cushions. All outdoor pieces engineered with concealed drainage channels to prevent water pooling during tropical downpours.

All timber specified as SVLK-certified Indonesian plantation teak, with FSC certification available upon request. Teak selected exclusively for its proven performance in tropical marine environments: naturally resistant to moisture, salt air, insect infestation, and fungal decay.

Every metal component across the entire delivery — from table bases to drawer pulls to lantern brackets — specified in marine-grade 316 stainless steel with PVD coating where required, engineered to withstand the Maldives' extreme salt-laden atmosphere where standard metals corrode within months.

All upholstery fabrics treated with anti-microbial, anti-mould, and anti-mildew finishing, with outdoor fabrics further UV-stabilized and solution-dyed to prevent fading. Indoor performance fabrics independently certified to CAL 117 and BS 5852 flame retardancy standards.

Custom wood finishing protocol developed exclusively for this project: a multi-layer marine-grade sealant applied to all teak surfaces, balancing the wood's natural oil content with additional moisture protection while preserving the tactile warmth and organic grain that define the resort's material language.
