For hotel developers, restaurant operators, interior designers, and procurement managers, staying ahead of design trends is not a luxury — it is a competitive necessity. Yet trends do not emerge in boardrooms or on screens alone. They crystallise in exhibition halls, where thousands of manufacturers, designers, and buyers converge to show, see, and discuss what is new and what is next.
The 2026 calendar of international furniture events, hospitality trade shows, and hotel design exhibitions is exceptionally rich. From Frankfurt to Guangzhou, from Milan to Las Vegas, from Singapore to Dubai, these furniture fairs 2026 offer hospitality professionals unparalleled opportunities to discover products, connect with suppliers, and immerse themselves in the design directions that will shape hotel and restaurant interiors for years to come.
At Dual Jade Technology Co., Ltd., we participate in and closely follow these events as part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of commercial furniture design and manufacturing. This guide provides a month-by-month calendar of the most significant fairs for hospitality furniture and design in 2026, with context on what each show offers and why it matters.

For hotel F&B directors and restaurant procurement teams, Ambiente's focus on dining culture — from tabletop to furniture to kitchen equipment — makes it uniquely relevant. The 2026 edition's partnership with Westwing to curate the Hospitality Academy reflects the fair's deepening commitment to the hospitality sector.

Also new is Salone L'Artis, showcasing limited-edition, collectible design pieces relevant to luxury and boutique hospitality projects seeking exclusive furniture.
The Fuorisalone — the city-wide design events that accompany the fair — transforms Milan into a global design laboratory. Hotels, showrooms, galleries, and public spaces across the Brera, Tortona, and other design districts host installations, many focused on hospitality concepts. For hotel designers, Milan in April is an immersion in the design culture that shapes luxury hospitality worldwide.

Strategic Attendance: How to Make the Most of the 2026 Fair Calendar
With so many events across the calendar, strategic selection is essential. Consider these principles when planning your attendance:
Match the fair to your project phase. If you are in the early design concept stage, prioritise design-led events like Salone del Mobile, HD Expo, and ICFF, where you can absorb aesthetic directions and discover new brands. If you are in the procurement phase, prioritise sourcing fairs like CIFF Guangzhou Phase 2, INDEX Dubai, and the Hotel Equipment Expo, where you can meet manufacturers, review products, and negotiate directly.
Combine fairs geographically. A single trip can capture multiple events when they are geographically and temporally clustered. For example, CIFF Guangzhou Phase 2 (late March) can be combined with Hong Kong-based design events. Ambiente (February) and imm cologne (January) are close enough in the calendar for a combined European winter trip. The September Dubai cluster — INDEX Dubai and The Hotel Show — offers two major hospitality sourcing events in a single visit.
Consider the supply chain you are engaging. If you are sourcing factory-direct from Asian manufacturers, CIFF Guangzhou and the Shanghai fairs are essential. If you are specifying European luxury brands, Milan and Cologne are the anchor events. If your projects are in the Middle East, INDEX and The Hotel Show are indispensable.
Plan for production cycles. Orders placed at spring fairs (March–May) can typically be fulfilled for late-year or early-next-year hotel openings. Orders placed at autumn fairs (September–November) align with the following year's first-half openings. The December Hotel Equipment Expo in Shanghai is strategically timed for buyers to finalise orders before the Chinese New Year manufacturing slowdown.
